Clients often need a fusion of both nutrition and exercise programming in order to achieve the results they desire.

Whether my client want to gain muscle, lose fat, or live healthly, their limiting factor usually lies beyond their exercise training program. Poor nutrition is what holds clients back. Good nutrition will feed muscle and shed fat.

Exercise Therapy

What is, Exercise Therapy?

Exercise Therapy is a regimen or plan of physical activities designed and prescribed for specific therapeutic goals.

Its purpose is to work towards the restoration of normal function or to reduce pain above and below the site of injury caused by diseases or injuries through neuro reeducation, gait training and therapeutic activities. 

It is highly repetitive and intensive in nature, requiring time and dedication on the part of the client.
